Scope

A perimeter agreed upfront: one domain, one team or one process. Interviews, review of existing tools, mapping of flows and responsibilities, an estimate of volumes and friction points.

Deliverables

A summary document: process map, opportunities identified and prioritised with estimated effort and gain and explicit assumptions, architecture recommendations, a budget order of magnitude for a possible implementation, open questions. A commented walkthrough by video call.

What’s not included

Development, tool configuration, access to production systems. The diagnostic carries no guarantee tied to the number of opportunities found.

For whom, when

When the need is not yet scoped, or when several options need comparing before investing.

Scope

A process or processing chain defined with you. Design of the orchestration, development, integration with your existing tools through their interfaces, testing, supported go-live.

Deliverables

The automation running in your environment, operating documentation, a handover session with your team. The exact scope and acceptance criteria are set in the quote.

What’s not included

Processes outside the agreed scope, large-scale data migration, development on third-party tools that expose no interface, rebuilding your internal tools. Fees do not cover API, cloud and third-party licence costs.

For whom, when

When a specific process is identified and the expected gain justifies the investment.

Scope

Several connected steps and sources: intake and qualification, triggering of actions, synchronisation between tools, operational tracking and reporting. Architecture design, iterative development in batches, integrations, testing, progressive go-live, knowledge transfer.

Deliverables

The system running, architecture and operating documentation, access and handover. The scope is split into batches, each with its milestones and acceptance criteria.

What’s not included

Anything outside the agreed scope, corrective maintenance beyond the warranty set in the quote, API, cloud and third-party licence costs, compliance commitments not stated in the contract.

When several linked processes need structuring together and operating over time.

What’s included

Monitoring, resolution of incidents related to our implementation, minor adjustments, tracking changes to the integrated tools, a periodic review. A monthly volume of hours is set in the contract.

Deliverables

A periodic report: operation, incidents, adjustments. Larger changes are quoted separately.

What’s not included

New development and scope changes, support on systems we did not build, API, cloud and licence costs. Beyond the monthly hours, additional hours are billed at the hourly rate stated in the contract.
